She later went on to manage luxury safari camps in South Africa and Botswana, developing strong operational expertise in remote hospitality environments. Known for her attention to detail, calm leadership, and commitment to seamless guest service, Michelle brings a refined understanding of what it takes to deliver high‑quality experiences in the bush.
